[BRIEF]
01
A design system built from scratch, with AI built in.
Pantheon is the design system of a company with five products and more than 10 million users, built in about two months for a team of 10 designers and 50+ developers.
[CHALLENGE]
02
Five products. Five design systems. One mess to solve.
Before Pantheon, each product had its own design system, and developers had to work across several at once. The result was duplicated work, harder handoffs, more bugs, and more meetings just to troubleshoot.
The challenge was to unify them without erasing the brands.
[STRATEGY]
03
One set of components. A mode for every brand.
Pantheon is built on Figma variables. Each brand gets its own mode, and every mode feeds the same components.
A product changes its look by changing the mode, not the parts.

[IDENTITY]
04
Describe an idea. Get it in the brand language.
Pantheon works with AI. Designers and product managers describe a mockup, a doc, a deck or a dashboard in plain words, and it comes back on-brand.
It is built only from what the system contains, and it keeps itself current by updating from Figma.
For designers
A first pass built from real components, so time goes into decisions, not into redrawing buttons.
For product managers
A mockup, doc, deck or dashboard that already looks like the product, from a plain-language description.
For everyone
Nothing is invented. If a request falls outside the system, it offers an alternative from inside it.
[RESULTS]
05
Faster design. Cleaner handoff. Far fewer bugs.
Pantheon was used to make product screens for web and app, dashboards and reports, and mockups and prototypes. Every one is built from the same components, so work from different products and teams looks like it belongs together.
These results were measured after rollout, across all five products.
20%
less time spent on designing components
65%
faster handoff from design to dev
68%
fewer troubleshooting meetings
